وفد من الحزب الآشوري الديمقراطي يشارك في جلسة حوارية نظّمها مجلس سوريا الديمقراطية حول المستجدات السياسية بعد اتفاقية سايكس بيكو

بدعوة من مكتب العلاقات في مجلس سوريا الديمقراطية، شارك وفد من مكتب الحزب الآشوري الديمقراطي في الحسكة في جلسة حوارية حملت عنوان: “آخر المستجدات السياسية ما بعد اتفاقية سايكس بيكو”، وذلك صباح يوم الأربعاء الموافق 9 تموز 2025.

ضمّ الوفد المشارك كلاً من:

الأخت هبة آسيا، مسؤولة لجنة المرأة والتنظيم في مكتب الحسكة للحزب الاشوري الديمقراطي

الأخت ريما سادا، مسؤولة لجنة الثقافة والإعلام في مكتب الحسكة

الأخ شادي عسكرو، عضو الحزب

استُهلت الجلسة بالوقوف دقيقة صمت إجلالاً لأرواح الشهداء، ثم انطلقت أعمال الحوار الذي تمحور حول التداعيات التاريخية لاتفاقية سايكس بيكو، وانعكاساتها العميقة على الواقع السياسي والجغرافي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، والتي لا تزال آثارها ماثلة في ظل استمرار النزاعات الإقليمية والدولية.

كما تناولت النقاشات تطورات الوضع الراهن في سوريا، في أعقاب بدء المرحلة الانتقالية، وسط استمرار الأزمات الإنسانية وجمود المسار السياسي، الذي من المفترض أن يُمهد لمرحلة من الاستقرار الوطني.

وشدد الحاضرون على أهمية دور قوات سوريا الديمقراطية (قسد) في دعم الحوار السوري-السوري، بمختلف مكوناته، بما يسهم في بناء نظام ديمقراطي شامل يحقق السلام والاستقرار ويحفظ السلم الأهلي.

A delegation from the Assyrian Democratic Party participates in a dialogue session organized by the Syrian Democratic Council on political developments after the Sykes-Picot Agreement

At the invitation of the Relations Office of the Syrian Democratic Council, a delegation from the Assyrian Democratic Party’s office in Hasakah participated in a dialogue session titled: “Latest Political Developments Post-Sykes-Picot Agreement”, held on the morning of Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

The participating delegation included:

Sister Heba Asia, Head of the Women’s and Organizational Committee at the Hasakah Office of the Assyrian Democratic Party

Sister Rima Sada, Head of the Culture and Media Committee at the Hasakah Office

Brother Shadi Askaro, Party Member

The session began with a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs, followed by discussions that centered around the historical repercussions of the Sykes-Picot Agreement and its profound impact on the political and geographical landscape of the Middle East—effects that remain evident amid ongoing regional and international conflicts.

The discussions also addressed the current situation in Syria, particularly with the beginning of the transitional phase, amidst continuing humanitarian crises and the stagnation of the political process that is expected to pave the way toward national stability.

Attendees emphasized the vital role of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in supporting an inclusive Syrian-Syrian dialogue, involving all components of society, with the goal of building a comprehensive democratic system that achieves peace, stability, and preserves civil harmony.
